About Us

Waveline Leisure is a large Mail Order Marine retailer based in the UK serving the UK and European marine leisure markets. We sell most large brands and can inform, supply and help end users on almost any boating needs.

Delivery Times

 We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to get your order to you between 2-7 working days on a STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please allow for them before chasing delivery as we can investigate only overdue orders. For urgent time critical orders we recommend selecting our EXPRESS SERVICE. For those customers requiring our 1-2 working day EXPRESS SERVICE*, please place the order online then send an email reply to authorise the £8 EXPRESS UPGRADE. Our warehouse will reply to confirm once the service has been changed.

 If your order has already been shipped then you will not be charged the upgrade. Some of our warehouses our based in Main Land Europe so some order could take longer than the time quoted above. This is due to a possible stock transfer from Europe to UK. (We do apologise for the delay if this happens on your order). For these orders the EXPRESS time is 2-4 days and we will notify you of this when upgrading. Same day despatch* refers to EXPRESS ORDERS ONLY. Other STANDARD DELIVERY orders despatch times vary depending on our warehouse volumes and complexity of order.

Order Cancellation Policies

If you would like to cancel your order at any point please call our customer service telephone number at the top of our home page.

We do not except any cancelations via Email or Voicemail - as your order may have already left us.

We also don't except cancelation once your order has been dispatched from us.

 

Return Policy

Please call our help line at the top of our home page for a returns reference number.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITH OUT A RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO A REFUND.

Damaged and Faulty Products

If you receive any incorrect item or damaged items please call our hotline within 24hrs of delivery to report any issues.

We offer a one year warranty period if a product has a fault please report this with 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item if the product is a manufacture fault but if the item is damaged from transit please report with 24hrs.
